Flight Ticket
Book your flight tickets once you made the plan. The sooner you book the ticket, the cheaper flight tickets you will. This is also one of required document needed for your Visa Application.

If you are planning to visit Singapore, one of the first things you should do is get a tourist visa. Singapore is a great place to visit with amazing buildings. The good news is that getting a Singapore tourist visa is not too complicated.
Documents for tourist visa 1) Passport valid for at least 6 months 2) Have at least two blank pages in your passport 3) A confirmed return ticket 4) Accommodation proof (hotel with complete address and contact number, In my case I stayed at my friend's place. So Invitation letter suffice.
The duration and type of visa may vary, but typically, tourist visas allow stays of up to 30 days.
2.Go Offline: There are so many local agents but you must utilize the following well known roster of authorized agents, as applying for a Singapore Visa independently from India is not permissible.

But since we live in Bangalore, we opted to choose Thomas Cook.
Document checklist for the Visa: (If you are applying through Thomas Cook)
a) Original Passport with at least 6months validity, and old passport (if any)
B) Duly-filled From 14A
C)Two photographs (35 x 45 MM in size , 70-80 % Face Coverage Semi Matt Finish – Cross signature required after pasting the photo in application form-should not be on face)
D) Cover Letter addressing “The Visa Officer , Singapore Consulate , Chennai”
E) Latest 3 months Bank Statements , 1 months’ Salary Slip for Employed / Retirement proof if retired/GST Certificate for self-employed people .
F) Invite Letter or V39A from Singapore company addressing to “The Visa Officer , Singapore Consulate , Chennai” (Business)
G) Return Ticket copy , Hotel Confirmation , SQ Forms and Passport copy .
H) Address proof if Passport issued outside Bangalore
Visa processing cost: We incurred a fee of INR 3000/person; however, the amount may little vary depending on the chosen visa agency.
The processing of the Singapore Visa typically spans 7 to 15 days. In our case, it took approximately 15 days, although for the majority of applicants, the visa is usually granted within 7 working days
